1. Сидеть под Германским IP на этом сайте.
2. Авторизоваться на https://www.lootboy.de
3. Приобрести пак за 99 монет и открыть его https://www.lootboy.de/loots/62cc1bee313965001acc5f67
4. В инвентаре https://www.lootboy.de/cards нажмите на игру, прокрутите страничку вниз и нажмите "Click here for your loot!", получите стим ключ.
5. Полученный ключ можно активировать тут https://store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey
